Not 1 but 2..... Heartless also welcomes Vermont's own Cobalt Tolbert!

Cobalt is a French-American singer-guitarist, and has been rocking around Europe and the East Coast for over a decade now. Covering a wide range of styles, yet with a heart firmly-rooted in the world of rock, they've played extensively as a solo and duo act with their brother Titien. He's also been involved in myriad projects and bands, including the folk-rock Carter Glass, the psychedelic classic rock Guano Loco, and the prog-punk Coquette, as well as a recently-revived Live Band Karaoke. Cobalt's a known rockstar in Central Vermont and Paris, and is thrilled to lend his energy and talents to the Heartless crew!

Heartless welcomes Karson K all the way from Rhode Island to the team!

Karson K has had a passion for playing guitar since he was 4 years old and knew from an early age he wanted to make a living as a freelance artist. Starting off performing as a solo singer and guitarist, he soon became a sought-after musician on the Rhode Island cover band scene.  He soon expanded his musical influence and has since played all over the New England Area including Washington D.C., NYC, Boston and beyond.

Karson currently also plays lead guitar and sings for Boston-based wedding and private events band, Groove Alliance, and for Scott Brown and The Diplomats, a classic rock band led by the former Senator and Ambassador. Always looking to grow musically, Karson recently began playing for musical theater productions, started formal training as a rock vocalist, and joined a community chorus to further develop his ear for harmony.

It is an honor to be able to make a living as a guitarist, and he is so excited to embark on another musical journey with Heartless

Heartless brings a strong beating heart on stage. Please welcome Mike Boisclair!! When searching for a new drummer, the net was cast wide across New England in search for the perfect match. Mike is a beast behind the kit, a human metronome, and is fun to watch with his performance behind the kit. We are excited to bring him on our team and make some rockin’ memories going forward.

Mike Boisclair has been playing drums for about 45 years. He was a veteran of the Boston Music scene in the 80’s and played for a band called the Tears that opened  for many National acts. He also played for the Black Sabbath Tribute band “Souls of Sabbath” and original acts “Xception”,   “Third Knuckle”, and numerous other bands hailing from the Boston and New Hampshire area. Some of his influences are John Bonham, Jason Bonham, Michael Derosier, Keith Moon, Neil Peart and many others.

When it comes to female rockers, there are a few artists who are immediately recognized whenever they start to sing. One such is Ann Wilson of the group Heart. Her power, control, and passion are palpable in whatever song she chooses to sing — whether it’s an original song or a cover she makes her own with her distinctive stylings. So, when I heard there was a tribute band called Heartless that was coming to the Somerset Abbey in Madison, I figured it would be worthwhile to chat with the lead singer Jasmine White.
